Namma Global Careers helps qualified Indian healthcare professionals, including nurses and physiotherapists, build their careers in Germany. We support candidates through German language training, documentation, qualification recognition and placement, from their first enquiry until they begin work in Germany.
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to be the main point of contact for our candidates in India. This is a full time role based at our Pollachi office.
Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming calls and enquiries from candidates and their families
Explain the full program clearly, including eligibility, German language levels, documentation, qualification recognition and the overall timeline
Answer follow up questions patiently and accurately, often across several conversations with the same candidate
Schedule German language classes and coordinate batch timings with trainers and candidates
Maintain attendance and progress records for every batch
Coordinate the ordering and dispatch of study books and course materials to candidates
Track each candidate through every stage of the process and follow up on pending documents
Maintain and update the candidate database accurately
Coordinate with our team in Germany on candidate updates and process changes
Prepare regular status reports on candidate progress
Requirements:
Fluent spoken and written Tamil and English
Confident and transparent on the phone, with the patience to explain a long process more than once
Any bachelor's degree
Robust organisational skills and reliable follow up, since candidates move through many stages over several months
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and standard office software
Accuracy with records and documentation
Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, overseas education, admissions or customer support is an advantage
Knowledge of German is an advantage but is not required
