Roles & Responsibility
Identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Presenting the company's solutions and services to potential clients
Collaborating with the technical team to develop proposals and presentations
Negotiating and closing deals
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
Continuously improving sales processes and methodologies

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in presenting and negotiating
Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a customer-first mindset
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Self-motivated,



goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced setting
Good understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing
Basic understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy
Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace or MS Office Suite)
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
Willingness to learn about the company’s products/services and continuously improve sales techniques

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
