Role & responsibilities
Placing the monthly requisition. Checking the received material.
Entry of items- Ledger updating.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Communicate store performance metrics to management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
Oversee store displays, ensuring they are attractive and comply with the brand standards.
Managing a team of optical staff including opticians, technicians and administrative support staff
Meeting with clients to discuss their vision care needs, recommending corrective lenses or other solutions if needed, and taking measurements for glasses or contacts
Training staff in new equipment or techniques and conducting performance evaluations to ensure that all employees are performing their jobs effectively
Overseeing the daily operations of the store including hiring, training, and scheduling staff members
Maintaining inventory of frames and lenses, ensuring that supplies are ordered as needed.
Oversee stock levels and ensure products are well-displayed and organized.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking and manage inventory to minimize losses.




Ensuring that all products and services offered by the store comply with applicable laws and regulations
Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure that the store has access to the latest products and services available in the industry
Supervise and mentor Optical Sales Executives and other staff members.
Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and provide training and development prospects for staff.
Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by providing a friendly and knowledgeable workplace.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Set sales goals and targets for the store and team members.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and are free from defects before reaching customers.
Conduct regular quality checks on eyewear frames, lenses, and accessories.
Foster a positive team workplace and encourage collaboration among staff members.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and improvements.
