Role & responsibilities
Debt Recovery & Follow-Ups: Contact borrowers with pending or delayed EMIs through phone calls, reminders, and field visits.
Negotiation: Set up realistic payment plans according to NBFC guidelines.
Record Keeping: Update payment statuses, customer promises, and call logs daily in the company CRM or collection software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly recovery and portfolio productivity goals.
