Dora Beauty World is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales and customer relations function.

The Sales Head will be responsible for managing the sales team, improving lead conversion, driving bookings and admissions, and building a strong sales process across our Salon, Bridal, and Beauty Academy businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the internal sales/calling team
Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance
Manage leads from enquiry to booking/admission
Improve lead conversion and follow-up processes
Manage CRM and ensure proper lead tracking
Handle high-value, bridal, and significant customer enquiries
Develop sales scripts and customer communication processes
Train, coach, and motivate the sales team
Manage external sales agencies and sales partners
Track sales performance, revenue, and conversion rates
Analyse lost leads and identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Management




Improve customer experience, repeat bookings, and referrals
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Requirements
Proven experience in sales and team management
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Experience in lead generation, lead conversion, and follow-ups
Good understanding of CRM and sales processes
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Target-oriented and results-driven approach
Ability to train and manage a sales team
Experience in beauty, salon, bridal, education, or related industries is an advantage
