Lead process audits and implement best practices across operations.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and support operations teams.
Drive energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate with project teams on process upgrades and recent technology implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Prepare process performance reports and present insights to management.
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for process deviations.
