Patient Care: Treat patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a reassuring and pain-free experience.
Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict infection control guidelines, proper sterilization methods, and protected medical waste disposal.
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of patient details, tests required, and samples collected.
Coordination: Communicate closely with the lab and dispatch teams for timely sample drop-off and test updates.
Patient Guidance: Instruct patients on pre-test requirements such as fasting or hydration.
