Production & Operations

● Execute daily baking and ice cream churning to meet B2B and B2C demand on time and at quality.

● Ensure consistency across all baked goods and frozen products through strict

adherence to recipes and SOPs.

● Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all equipment and work areas —

including churners, freezers, and baking equipment.

Team Contribution

● Support and assist Senior staff on baking techniques, churning processes, and

standards.

● Contribute to a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Quality & Inventory

● Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across both baking and ice cream

production.

● Monitor ingredient inventory and flag procurement needs proactively.

● Minimize wastage through careful planning and portion discipline.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
