Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations for our manufacturing unit. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Process and verify purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense claims.
Manage vendor and customer accounts and maintain outstanding records.
Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain GST and TDS-related records and documentation.
Assist in GST/TDS returns and statutory compliance activities.
Maintain purchase, inventory, and manufacturing-related accounting records.
Prepare MIS and other accounting reports as required.
Track outstanding receivables and coordinate for vendor payments.




Assist with internal and statutory audits.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Perform other accounting activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
Good understanding of purchase, sales, inventory, and payment processes.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Notice period of maximum 1 month preferred; immediate/early joiners will be preferred.
