We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong proficiency in 3D designing, architectural visualization, and design development. The candidate should have a good understanding of architectural planning, materials, proportions, and construction detailing, along with the ability to create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and 3D models.
Create high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic architectural renders.
Work closely with the design and architecture team to develop projects from concept to execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members.
Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and project documentation.
Ensure accuracy, design quality,
and timely completion of assigned projects.
Contribute creative ideas and maintain a qualified design approach.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
Robust proficiency in 3D design and architectural visualization software.
Good knowledge of architectural design, planning, materials, and detailing.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in architecture/interior projects will be an advantage.
