Role & responsibilities
Lead the R&D; function with a primary focus on waterproofing products, followed by construction chemicals.
Develop and optimize formulations for waterproofing systems and construction chemical products.
Drive recent product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization.
Improve existing products for enhanced performance, quality, and cost optimization.
Conduct laboratory trials, testing, validation, and product performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, quality norms, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales, and Technical teams for successful product launches and troubleshooting.
Identify and evaluate recent raw materials, technologies, and market trends.
Manage the R&D; team, allocate projects, and monitor performance and timelines.
Prepare technical documentation, formulation records, test reports, and product specifications.
Support customers and the technical team with product-related solutions and application guidance.
Drive continuous innovation to strengthen the company's product portfolio and competitive advantage.
