Role & responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and execute projects as per business requirements.
Track project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and other stakeholders.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
Manage project reviews, status reporting, and escalation of critical issues.
Monitor action items and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting records.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
Solid project planning and execution skills.
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.




Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in machine building, automation, or manufacturing projects.
