Job Description:
- Client is seeking a Senior IT Technical Program Manager to join the team. This role serves as a delivery lead across IT programs and initiatives, including Enterprise Applications, the AI Readiness Program, and other strategic workstreams.
- The TPM will work across IT functions as needed, owning end-to-end program delivery and driving cross-functional alignment from intake through implementation.
- The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in enterprise IT project delivery, a structured approach to stakeholder management, and the ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- This person will collaborate closely with IT leadership, Communications, Finance, and People teams, and will be expected to drive clarity,



accountability, and momentum across complex, multi-workstream programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise AI Initiatives
- Serve as the primary project manager for Enterprise AI Initiatives, coordinating workstreams across IT, Communications, Finance Transformation, and People functions to ensure structured, governed delivery from intake through implementation
- Maintain comprehensive program plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and status reporting cadences across all active AI workstreams
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, track action items, and ensure milestones are met on time and within scope across concurrent AI use case deliveries
- Ensure Enterprise AI Initiatives, including the AI Readiness Program, follow established intake, scoring, and governance processes covering use case prioritization, approval workflows, and lifecycle management
