Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud skilled
with 7–10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing,
implementing, and supporting Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solutions. The ideal
candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
integrations, data modeling, automation, and customization, along with a good




understanding of manufacturing business processes such as sales agreements,
forecasting, account planning, rebate management, and channel partner
collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud
based on business requirements.
• Configure and manage Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, Rebate
Management, and Account Planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate
them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce where needed.
• Design and manage Salesforce data models, security model, sharing rules,
and automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as ERP, Order Management,
Pricing, and Supply Chain systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
