Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
Identify and generate recent business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and other channels.
Handle B2B sales and client acquisition.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop current market segments and customer accounts.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Operations teams.
Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and revenue growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable products/services.
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Track market trends and recommend strategies for business growth.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or related field.
13 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
Good knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.
Ability to develop and implement sales and business growth strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, if required.
