Job Responsibilities:
Products safely and on time.
Pick up orders from the company/store and deliver them to customers.
Verify customer details and delivery address before delivery.
Collect cash or confirm digital payments when required.
Handle products/packages carefully during transportation.
Maintain positive communication and polite behaviour with customers.
Follow the assigned delivery routes and company guidelines.
Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in good condition.
Complete daily delivery records and required documentation.
Requirements:
Valid driving licence and two-wheeler.
Smartphone with basic knowledge of Google Maps/navigation.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
