We are looking for highly motivated and performance-driven Tele Sales Executives with a proven track record in Motor and Health Insurance sales. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in outbound sales, lead conversion, revenue generation, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in high-volume outbound tele sales with an excellent conversion ratio.
Mandatory experience in Motor Insurance and Health Insurance tele sales.
Strong background in pure sales, including:
Revenue generation
Lead conversion
Cross-selling and upselling
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over calls.




Target-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced sales workplace.

Preferred Skills & Competencies
Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Good understanding of Motor and Health Insurance products.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven setting.

Demonstrated sales productivity with solid conversion performance.
