Position: Accounts & Payroll Executive

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Handle PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Labour Codes, and statutory compliance.
Prepare and file statutory returns.
Maintain books of accounts and perform bank/statutory reconciliations.
Handle Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Proprietorship Firms, and Private Limited Companies.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Maintain payroll, compliance, and financial records.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.
Robust knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Labour Codes, and statutory compliance.
Experience in filing Income Tax and statutory returns.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/payroll software.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Certification in Payroll, Taxation, or Labour Laws is an added advantage.
