Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with recent and existing customers through personal meetings, online support, and telephone calls.
Provide support to customers through training and onboarding
Liaise with Technical team to provide solution to customers.
Single Point of Contact for customers

Demonstratability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Proven ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Excellent listening and presentation skills
Solid verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment

Demonstrate punctuality and strong time management skills.
Should have a flair for Technology and learning skills
Great interpersonal skills
Experience & Education
Any Graduate with no backlogs in education
MS Excel
MS Word
Industry - Service (Direct Sales/B2B)
Mandatory - verbal and written communication skills in Hindi
Excellent comprehension skills
Must be willing to travel in around UP and Bihar
Location
We are looking for some who is based in Varanasi or willing to work from Varanasi.
