Associate Director Performance Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing leader to own the end-to-end growth strategy across App and Web. The role involves managing a 30 Cr+ performance marketing budget, driving productive customer acquisition, and building scalable growth engines across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Own the overall performance marketing strategy and growth roadmap across App and Web.
Manage and optimize a 30 Cr+ marketing budget, with ownership of key metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue growth.
Lead large-scale mobile app acquisition, re-engagement, and retention initiatives.
Drive attribution, event tracking, deep linking, and campaign measurement using platforms such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, Amplitude, and GA4.
Manage and scale full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and Affiliate Networks.
Continuously optimize campaigns, budgets, audiences, creatives, and funnels to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing/growth team.
Partner closely with Product, Analytics,



and Creative teams to run rapid experiments and improve conversion funnels.
Identify and scale high-performing campaigns and creative assets while ensuring sustainable and predictable growth.

What We're Looking For
Strong experience in Performance Marketing and Growth, preferably across both App and Web.
Proven experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets (30 Cr+ preferred).
Deep hands-on experience in mobile app marketing and attribution.
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution, funnel optimization, and growth metrics.
Experience across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and Affiliate Marketing.
Strong knowledge of AppsFlyer, Firebase, Amplitude, and GA4.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical mindset with a highly data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace and drive growth with a robust bias toward experimentation and execution.
