POSITION SUMMARY
Automation Mechanical Technician To support for the development and breakdowns of SPM machines.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and assemble Automation –related tools with basic a progressive tooling background.
Perform maintenance on automated mechanical feeder systems.
Work with Pneumatic, hydraulics, and servo systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation and manage spares of automated systems.
Offer technical support for automated machinery and robotics.
Provide technical support and training to machine operators.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Education
Diploma in Tool and die making (NTTF/KTTF)
Experience
Min 3 - 7 years’ experience in manufacturing sector (Automotive / Non –Automotive )
Preferred background : Assembly process (connectors/ wiring harness)
Skills
Solid understanding of Progressive tooling and automation systems.
Hands on experience with mechanical feeder systems
Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulics, and servo systems.
Ability to trouble shoot and repair automation equipment’s.
Positive documentation and organizational skills.
Robust probe, solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work with in cross-functional teams.
J aptability to new technologies and continues learning.
