Placement Executive

Location: Sarkhej, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
Manage student placements, internships, and employer relationships.
Coordinate campus drives, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment activities.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for internal hiring.
Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
Follow up with employers on vacancies, interviews, selections, and joining.
Maintain placement, recruitment, and employee records and reports.
Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Develop recent industry partnerships and placement opportunities.
Coordinate effectively with students, employers, candidates, and internal teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Placement, or Career Services.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
