Job Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures as per project specifications and applicable standards.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and quality requirements before execution.
Conduct inspections of civil and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Checklists, Method Statements, and Quality Records.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
Raise and close Inspection Requests (IR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and observations.
Monitor quality of incoming materials and verify Material Test Certificates (MTC) and test reports.
Coordinate and witness laboratory and field tests for construction materials such as concrete, soil, aggregates, steel, etc.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records, test reports, inspection reports, and approvals.




Monitor construction activities and identify quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, project specifications, drawings, and approved procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Support internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Coordinate with site execution teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure quality requirements are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of QA/QC procedures in civil construction and Building projects.
Valuable knowledge of IS Codes, specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Experience in preparing ITP, Method Statements, Checklists, IR, NCR, and Quality Reports.
Knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, structural works, earthwork, and finishing activities.
