Experience: Proven experience in International Sourcing & Recruitment (Non-IT domain mandatory).
Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of Boolean searching, LinkedIn sourcing, and international job databases. LinkedIn Premium / Recruiter experience is a robust advantage.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to interact with global candidates and onshore clients.
Domain Knowledge: Positive understanding of international work structures, candidate engagement strategies, and time zone coordination.
