We are looking to hire a full-time Counselling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team.
Location: Atria Institute of Technology, Anandnagar, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
Requirements
Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Psychology
Experience in therapy and psychological assessments preferred
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
Conduct individual counselling and therapy sessions with students
Administer psychological assessments and maintain case documentation
Work closely with the Student Welfare and Academic Support teams
Design and facilitate mental health workshops, awareness programs, and psychoeducational sessions
Develop and implement preventive mental health initiatives on campus
Povide crisis intervention and risk assessment when required
Support students with academic, emotional, interpersonal, and adjustment-related concerns
Participate in student outreach activities, orientation programs, and well-being campaigns
Engage in case discussions, supervision, and career development activities
Pay: ₹28,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
