Azure DevOps and ALM
Design, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps projects, repositories, boards, pipelines, and release processes.
Implement source control and branching strategies for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated solution deployment.
Manage deployment of managed and unmanaged Dynamics 365 solutions across environments.
Configure build and release pipelines using YAML and classic pipeline approaches where applicable.
Automate the deployment of:
Dataverse solutions
Environment variables
Connection references
Power Automate flows
Plugins and custom assemblies
Web resources
Azure Functions and integration components
Implement pipeline approvals, release gates, service connections, and workplace-specific configurations.
Maintain deployment versioning, tagging, release notes, and audit history.
Support rollback and recovery procedures for unsuccessful deployments.
Improve deployment automation, repeatability, and delivery speed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions.
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 solution management and application lifecycle management.
Practical experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integration patterns.
Experience with PowerShell, YAML, PAC CLI, or other deployment automation tools.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, teams, application users, and service principals.
Experience troubleshooting deployment, integration, performance, and environment-related issues.
Positive understanding of Agile delivery and IT service management processes.
