Role & responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand candidates' educational background, career aspirations and learning requirements.
Counsel students on suitable IT courses and career-oriented programs.
Explain course curriculum, benefits, career prospects, fees and other relevant details.
Handle objections and queries effectively to drive conversions.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve individual and team sales/enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
Provide a smooth and skilled counselling experience throughout the admission process.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely enrolment and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.
Experience in IT course selling will be strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent counselling, convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle sales pressure and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week from office.
Maximum age: 29 years.
