Role & responsibilities
Contract administration in accordance with FIDIC, EPC, and Government contract conditions.
Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices, transmittals, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and other contract documents.
Assist in preparation of claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, delay analysis, and commercial justifications.
Support variation/change management through quantity verification, cost analysis, and documentation.
Assist in subcontract administration, including subcontract drafting, compliance tracking, and contractual issue resolution.
Maintain contract records, document registers, correspondence logs, risk registers, and claim supporting documents.
Coordinate with Planning, Quantity Surveying (QS), Construction, Design, and Project teams for contractual and commercial inputs.
Support contract compliance, dispute avoidance, and project commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure timely documentation and record management for audits, claims, and client submissions.
Monitor contractual obligations, project deliverables, and commercial risks to support successful project execution.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 310 years of experience in Contracts, Claims, Commercial, Planning, or QS for Infrastructure/EPC projects.
Working knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, Item-Rate, and Lump-Sum contracts, with exposure to claims, EOT, variations, and contract administration.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, documentation, drafting, and coordination with cross-functional project teams.
Experience in Metro, Railway, Highway, Bridge, Airport, or Water Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
