Role & responsibilities
Manage PPAP preparation and closure for NPD projects as per customer requirements.
Support NPD Head in APQP mapping, project scheduling, review meetings, MOM preparation, and action-point closure.
Prepare, maintain, and update NPD quality documents and records.
Plan and coordinate NPD trials, final inspection, and trial part approval.
Act as Customer PIC for current product development, coordinating drawings, specifications, trials, approvals, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tooling, Purchase, and other cross-functional teams for timely project completion.
Monitor NPD project timelines, milestones, pending activities, and ensure on-time project closure.
Handle PCR/SCR control, including coordination, documentation, tracking,



and closure.
Follow up on customer/internal action points and escalate delays or issues to the NPD Head.
Ensure all NPD activities comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of NPD, APQP, PPAP, PCR/SCR and automotive quality documentation.
Positive project coordination, customer communication, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Automotive / Auto Component industry experience preferred.
