Key Responsibilities
Source and identify candidates for US IT job requirements.
Search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, visa status, and job requirements.
Communicate with candidates professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
Explain job opportunities and requirements clearly to candidates.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in internal systems.
Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for candidate submissions.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
