Key Responsibilities:
Assisting students with study skills, time management, and test preparation.
Addressing issues like stress management, emotional well-being, and social skills development.
Helping students explore career options, plan for college, and develop job search skills.
Working with parents, teachers, and administrators to create a supportive workplace and address student needs.
Identifying students who need additional support and connecting them with appropriate resources.
Designing and implementing counselling programs and workshops.
Effectively communicating with students, parents, and staff.
Understanding and responding to students' concerns.
Helping students find solutions to challenges.
Providing a secure and supportive workplace for students.
Any bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology.
Min 3 Years Experience in counselling(Adulthood) College Student.
