ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate construction and infrastructure machinery safely and efficiently.
Operate POCLAIN, TYRE JCB, VAJRA, LOADER, EXCAVATOR, ROLLER, GRADER, HYVA, DUMPER and other heavy equipment.
Operate RMC PLANT, BATCHING PLANT and CRUSHER PLANT as per project requirements.
Perform excavation, loading, unloading, grading, compaction, material shifting and other site activities.
Conduct daily basic machine/plant checks and report technical or maintenance issues.
Follow all safety rules, site instructions and company procedures.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Mechanics and other operators.
Maintain proper care, cleanliness and secure handling of machinery.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
25 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, road work, plant or mining projects preferred.
Experience in Poclain, Tyre JCB, Vajra, Heavy Machine, Loader,



Excavator, Roller, Grader, HYVA, Dumper, RMC Plant, Batching Plant or Crusher Plant operation.
Good knowledge of machine/plant operation and basic safety procedures.
Relevant licence/certification where applicable.
Responsible, disciplined and safety-conscious.
Willingness to work at project sites across India.
