Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls
Communicate professionally with international customers
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance guidelines
Document customer interactions accurately
Transportation
Two-way cab facility available
Cab facility provided within a 25 km radius of the office
Key Requirement
Excellent verbal English communication skills
Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
