Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of Statistics
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning
Robust knowledge of Model Evaluation
Solid knowledge of Experiment Design
Robust knowledge of Data Analysis
Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and evaluation techniques.
Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Experience with AI evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS, DeepEval, MLflow.

Qualifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Fine Tuning, LoRA, QLoRA, and Prompt Optimization.
Experience implementing AI quality measurement and benchmarking frameworks.
Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms.
