Role & responsibilities:
Payment file processing accuracy and TAT.
Daily reconciliation completion within defined timelines.
Percentage/value of unresolved reconciliation breaks.
Ageing of outstanding exceptions.
Accuracy of customer repayment posting.
Timely resolution of payment discrepancies.
Number of operational errors/reprocessing cases.
Audit and control compliance.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:
Credit card payment file processing
Knowledge of Vision Plus, payment system/gateways
Payment file processing and transaction reconciliation.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Good understanding of banking/payment transactions.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid Excel/data-handling skills.
Problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
Ability to work within strict TATs and deadlines.
Teamwork and coordination across multiple functions.
Flexibility in hours of operation
