Job Description Practice Head / Lead – HR Analytics (BOT Model)

About the Role

We are looking to build a dedicated HR Analytics practice under a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model. We are seeking a senior HR Analytics leader who can initially function as an individual contributor and eventually build, lead, and scale a high-performing analytics team.

This role is strategic and leadership-oriented, requiring robust expertise in HR Analytics, Microsoft Analytics ecosystem, stakeholder management, and practice-building capabilities.

Experience
12–15+ years of overall experience in Analytics / BI
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HR Analytics experience
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric and Synapse
Proven experience leading teams and managing stakeholders
Experience in setting up or scaling analytics practices/teams is highly preferred

Team Leadership / Practice Building

Key Responsibilities
Lead the setup and growth of the HR Analytics practice
Work closely with business stakeholders to define analytics strategy and roadmap
Build scalable HR analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks
Drive insights across workforce analytics, employee performance, attrition, compensation, and talent analytics
Define architecture and best practices using Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Power BI
Mentor and lead future analytics team members
Participate in hiring and capability building as the team scales
Ensure high-quality delivery and client stakeholder management
Support BOT transition planning and operational maturity

Leadership Expectations
Solid maturity to independently drive and build the practice
Ability to interact with leadership and client stakeholders
Capability to scale the team from the ground up
Prior experience managing analytics delivery teams preferred.
