Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through direct customer acquisition.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, references, leads and local networking.
Explain and sell health insurance products based on customer requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, documentation, proposal submission and conversion.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business numbers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for renewals and cross-sell prospects.
Conduct regular market visits and develop business within the assigned territory.




Follow up on leads generated through company channels.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline and daily activity records.
Ensure compliance with company processes, IRDAI guidelines and sales practices.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably from:
Health/Life/General Insurance
BFSI
Banking
Broking
Telecom
Retail/FMCG or other target-driven sales
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
Valuable local market knowledge and networking ability.
Two-wheeler preferred/required,
