Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B;) Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused F&B; Executive with strong knowledge of restaurant operations, front desk coordination, and guest relations. The ideal candidate should be able to maximize food and beverage sales through effective upselling while ensuring excellent service and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with food and beverage services.
Coordinate with the Front Desk for guest requests, room service, and dining
reservations.
Upsell menu items, buffet packages, and special offers to increase revenue.
Ensure prompt and professional service while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order preparation and delivery.




Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in dining areas.
Assist in billing, order management, and daily operational reporting.
Requirements:
Experience in F&B; service, hotels, or restaurants.
Positive knowledge of front desk operations and guest handling.
Strong sales and upselling skills.
Excellent communication, grooming, and customer service etiquette.
Ability to work in a quick-paced hospitality environment.
