Key Responsibilities
Develop and achieve sales targets for tea products.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
35 years of relevant experience in Tea Sales / Tea Marketing
Robust knowledge of the tea market, distribution network, and customer base will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong market knowledge and business development ability.
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
Should be proactive, target-oriented, and commercially focused.
