Role & responsibilities
Organize and manage the respective floor and staff; efficiently delegate responsibilities.
Ensure that the customers are supplied with refreshments and are properly attended by the GR team.
Maintain attendance and movement register to get track of walk-in customers and employees respectively.
Conduct analysis on the customer data gathered related to pre-purchase, conversion, footfall data, etc.).
Manage the overall ambiance of the respective floor through maintenance of displays (E.g., dangler, standee, store decorations, etc.), neatness and adhere to the VM guidelines.
Monitor In-store engagement activities during Store launch, product exhibitions and ensure its smooth functioning.
Tele calling: Call up potential customers(leads), invite existing and potential customers to exhibitions, publicize promotional events/campaigns, etc.
