Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, agencies, and social platforms.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Handle candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining coordination.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and HR records.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, probation confirmations, and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, and MIS reports.
Support HR policy implementation, employee engagement, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with HR documentation and statutory requirements.
