Roles & Responsibilities International Academic Counsellor (PhD, Doctorate & Honorary Doctorate)
Counsel prospective international students and working specialists regarding PhD, Doctorate, Honorary Doctorate, DBA, and Executive Doctorate programs.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to drive admissions.
Understand candidates' educational background, career objectives, and skilled experience to recommend the most suitable academic program.
Provide end-to-end admission counselling, including eligibility assessment, university selection, application guidance, documentation, and enrollment support.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective students by delivering exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups.
