Mandatory Criteria:
Minimum 23 years of stability in the last organization.
Should have received at least one promotion in their career.
Must have qualified for one or more sales contests.
Should have a proven track record of earning performance-based incentives.
Must have a presentable personality with excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Candidate must have a Life Insurance background.

Should have a consistent sales performance and a positive skilled track record.
