PMP certification (mandatory).
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on project/program management in professional
services or consulting.
Robust experience managing large Waterfall-driven programs; Agile is
complementary but not primary.
Proven success in leading large, complex deals with strong customer satisfaction and
value outcomes.
Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and decision-defensibility using
data.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology; Masters (MBA/Engineering
Management) preferred.
Experience must demonstrate true ownership (not support roles).
Architect-level PMs must have hands-on design/architecture experience; cloud PMs
must have hands-on architecture management (cloud migration-only roles do not
qualify).
Solid communication skills for globally distributed teams.
