We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team. Youll be responsible for Sales - Strategic Accounts.

Below Knowledge and experience is Mandatory:
Manage and grow key accounts
Promote and position a multi-brand portfolio (reagents, consumables, instruments) Service etc from global principals
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligned with company and principal objectives
Coordinate with principals for product training, joint visits, and opportunity development
Work closely with application/technical teams to provide solution-based selling
Track sales forecasts, pipeline, and account performance
Ensure timely order execution, payment follow-ups, and overall customer satisfaction
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities

Candidate Profile:




Masters degree in Life Sciences (PhD/MBA preferred)
57 years of experience in Life Sciences distribution Business Development or keyaccount management/li>
Solid understanding of distributor business models and principal relationships
Experience handling imported brands/products and institutional sales processes
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large/key accounts

Competencies:
Robust relationship management with customers and principals
Commercial acumen with negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-brand portfolios
Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach
High ownership with execution focus
