Role Overview:

We are seeking GM/AVP Public Affairs & Government Partnerships to lead the execution of government engagement, policy initiatives, and institutional partnerships. These roles are ideal for mid senior professionals with 7–10 years of overall experience, preferably with Tier-1 MBA and consulting backgrounds. They will act as individual contributors, managing high-level stakeholders and aligning cross-functional internal teams, with the possibility of building a team in the future.Preference will be given for prior experience in Education, skilling and capacity building space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage partnerships with government and CSR stakeholders at state and national levels.

• Lead preparation of proposals, grant applications, and MoUs with ministries, foundations, and public agencies.

• Represent MSU in discussions, round-tables, and forums on education, skilling, and employability.

• Collaborate with academics,



admissions, placements, and marketing to execute government linked initiatives.

• Track education and skilling policy developments and provide timely insights to leadership. Qualifications & Skills Required:

• MBA from a Tier-1 institution with 7–10 years of overall experience.

• Experience in consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearney) or boutique firms (Sattva, Samagra, Bridgespan) or Big Four firms (EY/PWC/KPMG/Deloitte).

• Proven success in government projects, public affairs, or development sector consulting.

• Robust expertise in grant writing, proposal development, and partnership management.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, entrepreneurial workplace.
