Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with robust experience in Java-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Selenium and Appium, along with exposure to API Automation, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, test planning, and quality assurance practices. The candidate should follow an SDET approach and be adaptable to perform functional/manual testing when required.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Appium
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
Perform API Automation testing and validate service integrations
Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews,



and retrospectives
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
Identify, log, track, and verify defects and work closely with development teams for closure
Ensure end-to-end test coverage for critical business workflows
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and support automated execution
Perform functional/manual testing as part of the SDET model whenever required

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Java
Expertise in Selenium WebDriver
Experience with Appium for mobile automation
Exposure to API Automation (REST API testing)
Knowledge of automation frameworks and test design principles
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings
Understanding of defect management and QA lifecycle
Exposure to CI/CD tools and automation execution pipelines
Robust analytical and communication skills
