Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs focused on industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices
Manage the Learning Corner and coordinate training resources to support employee development
Assess training effectiveness and refine content to ensure measurable improvements in performance
Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training strategies and address operational needs

Key Skills
Communication - intermediate level; delivering clear training sessions to diverse employee groups
Learning Design - intermediate level; creating engaging training modules tailored to industrial operations
Manufacturing Design and Methodology - intermediate level; translating technical processes into practical learning content
