Role & responsibilities
46 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or IT delivery operations.
Handson FP&A; experience (3+ years) including budgeting, forecasting, P&L; analysis, and financial modeling.
Solid proficiency in ServiceNow (project/resource modules) and Azure DevOps (boards, sprints, work items).
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile ceremonies, and Waterfall governance.
Robust skills in Excel (advanced formulas), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project.
Experience with data analytics, metrics/report creation, and resource/budget modeling.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
Ability to work in a large matrix organization and collaborate across crossfunctional teams.
