Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and interested customers.
Explain Stareye Medias services and opportunities clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Answer basic queries and guide customers through the next steps.
Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Confident and polite while speaking on calls.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support or sales is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
Target-oriented and comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
Positive attitude with positive convincing and follow-up skills.
